One of the problems with weight loss products such as DVDs, books, television shows, gym passes and diets is that they motivate you for a limited time; you lose some weight but then you end up gaining the weight back. The reason this happens is that you do not create a lifestyle out of these actions and choices, so they only work for a limited amount of time.
To truly lose weight and keep the weight off, you need to not just go on a diet, buy a DVD or book, or join a gym, but you need to make lifestyle changes over a period of 4 weeks, so that those patterns actually become a part of how you live. By making a series of smaller changes and sticking with those changes, you will have a much higher chance of keeping the weight off.
That is why I have created this book. My hope is, by sharing these tips in a format that allows you to build some healthy patterns into your life, that you will be able to lose 14 pounds in 4 weeks and keep that weight off.
These tips are not revolutionary. They are solid tips, unlike other extreme methods, or those based on pseudo-science. They will be healthy tips that you can implement on a daily basis in order to lose weight, but more importantly, become a healthier and happier you.
